City of Livingston
Revolving Loan Fund -
Eligible
applicants for funding are private sector businesses and
non-profit entities. Loan amounts will generally
be between $10,000 and $200,000. Loans for
lower or higher amounts may be considered by the Loan
Review Committee.
The following criteria
will be considered when determining the eligibility of
loan projects:

The project represents an expansion of the
existing business
●
The principals of the applicant company reside
within the limits of the City of Livingston
or directly offer benefits to residents within
the City of Livingston
●
The applicant is able to comply with generally
accepted loan application criteria
Eligible activities include land acquisition,
construction, rehabilitation or installation of
commercial and industrial buildings, equipment,
inventory or working capital.

Park County Revolving Loan Fund -
Northern Rocky Mountain RC&D is currently
working with Park County to administer their
loan fund. If you reside in Park County
and are interested in this program, please

Big Sky Energy Revolving Loan Fund -
The Big Sky Energy Revolving Loan Fund is being
developed as a flexible finance tool for
encouraging investment in energy projects. Funds
will be targeted for projects that result in
significant investment in energy efficiency,
conservation and green energy development.
Competitive terms and rates and flexibility of
the fund will significantly assist in powering
Montana’s investment in energy projects.
