Community Development Programs. We assist communities in our three counties with economic development planning, affordable housing projects, water and wastewater projects, and community facility development. 

Current Community Development Programs/Projects

EPA Brownfields Grant - Northern Rocky Mountain RC&D, in partnership with Snowy Mountain Development Corporation (Lewistown) and Montana Business Assistance Connection (Helena), was awarded a $1.6 million dollar revolving loan fund grant to provide loans and subgrants to support cleanup activities for sites contaminated with hazardous substances and petroleum.  This grant covers 11 counties in Montana.  Click here to view our EPA Brownfields Fact Sheet.  For more information, please call our Bozeman office at 406-582-5700 or email info@nrmrcd.org.

Self-Help Housing Repair - We assist homeowners with critical repairs to their homes through a unique self-help program.
