Meet Our Staff

Teresa Koper, RC&D Coordinator.   Teresa is an employee of USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) and is the coordinator of the Northern Rocky Mountain Resources Conservation and Development (NRMRC&D) area. The NRMRC&D is a nonprofit organization that is steered by a board of local volunteers and works on natural resource conservation and development, as well as, economic development projects within Gallatin, Park, and Meagher counties.  Contact Teresa via email or at 406-582-5700. 

 

Julianne Brown, Self-Help Housing Coordinator.  Julie is an employee of the RC&D and runs the Self-Help Housing program.  She oversaw the RC&D's Branding Iron Ridge new construction program in Livingston and now runs the repair and rehabilitation program for the organization.  Julie has an extensive background working in Park County and the City of Livingston.  Contact Julie via email or at 406-222-7227.

 

Crystal Hagerman, Gallatin County Extension Nat. Res. Field Technician.  Crystal works for Gallatin County Extension in partnership with the RC&D.  She serves as the RC&D's Hazardous Fuels Reduction program manager.  Crystal has a strong interest in protecting our natural resources and helping educate communities on fire reduction.  Contact Crystal via email or at 406-209-0344.

 

Michael Jones, Gallatin/Big Sky Noxious Weed Committee Coordinator.   Mike is a consultant serving as Coordinator for the RC&D's Gallatin/Big Sky Noxious Weed Committee.  He has an extensive background in natural resources and is also employed by Gallatin County Weed District as the Assistant Coordinator/Foreman .  Contact Mike via email or at 406-451-5598
