Teresa Koper, RC&D Coordinator.   Teresa is an employee of USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) and is the coordinator of the Northern Rocky Mountain Resources Conservation and Development (NRMRC&D) area. Crystal Hagerman, Gallatin County Extension Nat. Res.
